Larkin Wayne Leeson

Larkin Wayne Leeson,  74, of Grand Junction, Colorado,  made his walk through the gates to Heaven on February 20th, 2024 at the Hope West Hospice Care Center. 
       Wayne spent most of his younger years as a truck driver. He worked for the road department in Utah and moved to Colorado and continued to drive truck locally and over the road doing long haul. 
        He is preceded in death by his mother and father Audrey and Chester Leeson.  His beloved wife Edith Langstaff of over 16 years. 
         Wayne is survived by seven daughters 
- April Cavazos (Gilbert), of Manvel, Texas 
- Kelcee Bland (Eric), of Grand Junction, Colorado 
- Megan Payne,  of Lumberton, Mississippi 
- Wendy Medina, of Montrose, Colorado 
- Viola Langstaff,  of Dove Creek, Colorado 
- Rita Wharton,  of Dove Creek, Colorado 
- Rena Langstaff, of Parachute, Colorado 
as well as eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and two brothers Calvin Leeson (Deanna), of Grand Junction, Colorado, and Samuel Leeson.
